S5F16P (S5F25P)

Heavy Duty Post-type stapler for setting up regular slotted boxes, overlap slotted boxes, full overlap boxes or half-slotted boxes with partial covers. Post-type staplers close bottoms of slotted boxes quickly, securely. Select a model to meet your production requirements, using either narrow or wide crown stitching.

The guidelines stand pretty true for most bottom box stapling applications using our staplers and a box with standard “C” flute corrugated board.

• Single wall corrugated: Our HF stapler with normal .103”x.020” wire

• Double wall corrugated: Our adjustable S5 models of stapler with .103”x.020” or .023” wire

• Triple wall corrugated: Our S5 models of machines, with up to .103”x.028” Arcuate wire

For heavy-duty work, such as stapling three pieces of single wall corrugated, two pieces of double or triple wall, or for assembly of solid fiberboard boxes.

Optional equipment includes a fatigue-reducing electric trip pedal.
